JefFab Customs Black Friday Sale – Terms & Conditions
1. Sale Periods
VIP early access will run from midnight November 1st 2026 until midnight on 14 November 2026. Exclusive VIP discount codes are valid only during this period.
The public Black Friday sale will commence on midnight November 15th 2026 and conclude on midnight November 30th 2026, unless otherwise stated.
All sale prices and promotional codes are valid only during their advertised promotional period. Once the sale has ended, prices will return to their usual advertised rates.
2. Sale Exclusions
Black Friday discounts apply to eligible products only. The following items are excluded from the promotion:
- Products that are already discounted or on sale.
- Gift cards.
- Parts and accessories.
Unless otherwise stated, discount codes cannot be applied to excluded products or combined with any other promotional offers or discount codes.
All exclusions apply to both VIP early access and the public Black Friday sale.
3. Christmas Orders & Delivery Cut-Offs
Customers are responsible for reviewing the Christmas order cut-off dates published on the JefFab Customs website before placing an order.
Orders placed during the Black Friday sale are subject to current production lead times, stock availability and supplier availability. Purchasing a product during the sale does not guarantee delivery before Christmas.
Please refer to the website for the latest Christmas ordering deadlines and dispatch information. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by production or courier delays.
4. Fitting Appointments
Fitting appointments are subject to availability and must be booked separately from product purchases.
As advertised on our website, fitting appointments for 2026 are fully booked, and all new fitting bookings will be scheduled for 2027. Purchasing a product during the Black Friday sale does not secure a fitting appointment or guarantee installation before Christmas.
Customers requiring an earlier installation are encouraged to refer to our website for a list of other companies that install JefFab Customs products.
5. Change of Mind Policy
Please choose carefully before placing your order. JefFab Customs does not offer refunds, exchanges or store credit for change-of-mind purchases, including where a customer orders the incorrect product, changes their mind or decides the product is no longer required.
This policy does not exclude or limit any rights customers may have under the Australian Consumer Law. Customers remain entitled to applicable remedies for faulty products or other failures to meet consumer guarantees.
6. General Conditions
All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance by JefFab Customs. We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing or listing errors and to cancel orders where permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies available under applicable Australian law.
7. No Retrospective Discounts
Black Friday discounts and promotional codes cannot be applied retrospectively to orders placed before the applicable promotional period, including orders placed during VIP early access or the public sale. No refunds or credits will be issued for the difference between the original purchase price and the promotional sale price.
