Open Hours
Our business hours are 7:00am to 3:30pm Monday-Friday.
Due to high demand for appointments and orders, all work is booked in advance. Unfortunately we cannot accept walk-in jobs. To make an enquiry, please call us on 03 8907 0234 or use our contact form.
Local Pickup:
If you have opted for local pick-up you will be contacted once your order is completed and ready for collection. Please observe our current lead times before placing your order.
Shipping:
We currently offer shipping Australia wide. Once we have shipped your item, you'll be sent an email with tracking details. We have limited insurance coverage for all shipped products. Please ensure you read our shipping policy for further information.
Fitting Appointments:
Fitting of all items is available at our Boronia workshop. Please ensure you select fitting based on the products you are order (ie. snorkel only or snorkel & air box fitting) as pricing varies.
After placing your order we will contact you to arrange a suitable time for install. We often book out several weeks in advance. Please observe our lead time and appointment banners on the home page for current booking time frames or feel free to contact us to discuss appointment availability prior to ordering.
Fitting appointments are scheduled on weekdays unless otherwise agreed upon.
Lead Time
Our lead times are displayed on the banner at the top of our home page. Please note that while we aim to stay within those lead estimates, timeframes may vary from time to time. Should you have any concerns or queries about an order you have placed or would like to place, please feel free to contact us.
Custom Quotes
If you can't find your vehicle or would like a custom quote for snorkels or fabrication work, please use our contact form and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Why are your templates hand-drawn?
Our templates are created by hand and supplied on paper or light card so they can be easily adjusted to suit individual vehicles. This allows for greater accuracy when accounting for real-world variations between vehicles.
Because these templates are not digital files, some fabrication or installation businesses may have their own policies and may not accept them. We strongly recommend checking with your chosen installer before ordering if you do not intend to fit the product yourself.
