🥚 Dargo Easter Egg Hunt – Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion Overview

The Dargo Easter Egg Hunt (“Promotion”) is run by JefFab Customs  (“we”, “us”, “our”).
Participants may find promotional Easter eggs placed in and around the Dargo region during the Easter long weekend.

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion runs from 3rd April 2026 – 10th April 2026 or until all eggs have been found, whichever occurs first.

3. Eligibility

  • Open to all individuals aged 18 years or older.
  • Participants under 18 must have permission from a parent or guardian.
  • Participation is free and no purchase is required.

4. How It Works

  • Promotional Easter eggs containing vouchers, discount codes, or prizes will be hidden throughout the Dargo area.
  • Participants who find an egg are entitled to redeem the prize or offer contained within, subject to these Terms & Conditions.
  • Each voucher or code is valid for one-time use only unless otherwise stated.

5. Prize & Voucher Conditions

  • Prizes may include discounts, store credit, merchandise, or other promotional items.
  • All prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash.
  • Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers will not be replaced.
  • We reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if required.

6. Redemption

  • Vouchers or codes must be redeemed via our website or as otherwise instructed.
  • Prizes and vouchers must be redeemed by 31/12/2026
  • Any unused value will be forfeited after expiry.
  • Only one code may be used per transaction unless otherwise specified.

7. Social Media Promotion

  • Participants are encouraged to share their finds on social media by tagging @jeffabcustoms
  • By tagging or submitting content, participants grant us permission to repost, share, and use this content for marketing purposes without compensation.

8. Safety & Responsibility

  • Participants take part in the Promotion at their own risk.
  • We are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage incurred while searching for or redeeming prizes.
  • Participants must follow all local laws, road rules, and land access regulations at all times.
  • Eggs will not be hidden in dangerous, restricted, or private areas — participants must not trespass or enter unsafe locations.

9. Fair Play

  • We reserve the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the Promotion, behaves unlawfully, or acts in a way that is unfair to others.
  • We may limit redemptions if multiple claims are made using the same voucher or by the same individual.

10. Changes & Cancellation

  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any time without prior notice if required due to unforeseen circumstances.

12. Bonus Prize Draw
