Shipping Policy
PO Boxes: Due to the size of most of our items, we are unable to ship snorkels and air boxes to PO Boxes.
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, our current lead time from order to dispatch is displayed in the top banner of our website and is updated regularly. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the courier.
Customers are responsible for providing a valid business or residential address for delivery. If an incorrect address results in missed or re-delivery or the return of a package, the customer is liable for any additional shipping or handling charges.
Given the substantial size of our items, we exclusively use courier services for all deliveries. Please note that we are not the courier company. Once your item has been collected, our visibility is limited to the tracking information provided by the courier. For any delivery updates or concerns, please contact the courier company directly.
If you suspect an item has been lost in transit, you're welcome to contact us and we can assist where possible. However, we recommend verifying the tracking number and contacting the courier first.
Loss or Damage During Transit:
All shipments are covered by transit insurance up to a maximum of $1000. In the event of loss or damage during transit, we do not accept liability. Customers must lodge any insurance claims directly with the courier. We are happy to provide any documentation required to support your claim.
We strongly recommend inspecting your parcel upon delivery and retaining all original packaging if you believe a claim may need to be made.
